I am getting back into working out. No, seriously, I am! I continue to get fed up by the weight I've gained since the m/c and miss my old skinnier self. I am putting up an old photo of me on our honeymoon as a goal and reminder it is possible to look like that again!

Good for you!  I tell myself this all the time, but I have yet to act on it.  In fact I'm sitting here eating leftover halloween chocolate.   Putting up an old picture as inspiration is a great idea though, I may have to try that!!  GL!!

Good for you!! I said the same thing and now here I am at CD 1, guess I have to make good on that little deal I made with myself. *grumbles*

I'm hoping you are KU though and don't have to worry about it!

Good for you! Working out is good when you are trying to get pregnant.  It helps with blood flow and blood pressure and to make you feel GOOD about yourself!!

Good for you.. when you are ready if you need some support we do a exercise check in to keep tabs on how we are doing throughout the week.

Ooo---oooo.....ME tooo!!! I actually started working out this week. I'm determined to get back to my much healthier/smaller size. I had kept putting it off, thinking I'd be ku again and it wouldn't matter.......but I'm miserable w/where I am. I am set on losing weight!
